Giant Squid have just released the artwork, track listing, lyrics, and a brand new song from their upcoming Cenotes EP. The song available for streaming is entitled “Figura Serpentinata (Pycnopodia sapien)”. The song’s sound (and I assume the entire EP) is definitely a continuation of the sound the band had on their previous album, The Ichthyologist. On this track, Jackie Perez Gratz (cello player and front woman for Grayceon) takes over lead vocal duties. I dig the track quite a bit and I am anxious to hear the rest of this EP.
