Death Grips exploded onto the scene last year with their extremely popular Exmilitary mix tape. With excessive sample splicing, hoarse yells and abrasive drum beats, Death Grips solidified themselves as the bold new face of underground hip-hop. When it was announced that the group would be releasing two full length albums this year, naturally I got excited and I am sure a lot of you did as well. The first one for Death Grips to drop on us is The Money Store. With such a unique and polarizing debut, can subsequent albums be able to top it?

I have been a big fan of Six Brew Bantha for a while now and I fucking love their music. The band recently released their new self-titled album and it, like the title of this post says, fucking destroys. I mean, there’s not a lot to say about Six Brew Bantha than I already have. They fucking kill, this new album is brutal and aggressive and everything that one loves about vicious grindcore. These dudes deserve all of the recognition they get and more. Long live grind! I mean, I know they have a new album coming out soon titled Serpent Sermon and this is the second track they have released off of said album.
