Do you ever play around with the “Random Band” generator on Metal Archives? It’s pretty fun if you’ve never tried it. I’ve done this a lot and I usually come up with split-up, horrible power metal bands or the occasional NSBM band with no music online. Every once in a while I come across something special. Something interesting. Something great. Today that comes in the form of Hordes Of The Black Cross who are a Melbourne, Australia-based black metal band whose brand is nothing new or out of the ordinary but is also somehow refreshing.
