They Call Us Oddfellows: TOMAHAWK Streaming New Album

The wait is finally over! A stream of Tomahawk’s (Faith No More, The Jesus Lizard, etc) upcoming record, Oddfellows, is now available over at Spin.com. The record is stripped down, heavy and quirky in all the right places, and oh so satisfying. The album officially comes out on the 29th but you can spoil it for yourself now! A LIFE ONCE LOST Announce Spring Tour

The groove metallers in A Life Once Lost have announced a handful of Spring tour dates that will take place in the month of March. The band will be supported on select dates by Author & Punisher and Encrust. If you will be attending SXSW be sure to be on the look out for these guys as they will be in Austin, Texas the entire week. Rungs In A Ladder: Check Out This Mini-Documentary on CONVERGE’s Jacob Bannon

Last year I swooned over a documentary called One Man Metal which I loved and I watch over and over again. Today McFarland and Pecci released a documentary on a band that I absolutely love: Converge. To be specific, this twelve-minute documentary delves into the life of Converge‘s frontman Jacob Bannon. Bannon talks about his teenage years, music and his angst.
