Baltimore hardcore outfit Old Lines (Ex. Pulling Teeth and Ruiner) have released their new album, No Child Left Behind, out tomorrow on No Sleep Records, for full streaming over at their official bandcamp. The Baltimore fiends will be touring the US in support of the record later this month, hitting Brooklyn on the 24th and ending their run on the 24th of November. Peep the stream of No Child Left Behind along with full details for Old Lines’s tour below and pick up the album via No Sleep Records here.
As promised, here is the second set of photos from the A389 Recordings VIII Anniversary showcase. This time around you’ll be seeing photos of Pulling Teeth making their last ever performance, Triac and Young And In The Way. This still isn’t all of the photos. More will be added and new galleries will be coming up within the next few days. Maclyn has gotten some amazing shots of these bands and you should check out his Flickr page to see more photos. ‘As a band we have accomplished everything that we have set out to do. Life is short. It’s time to move on and do other things.’
I do not like opening e-mails that start off like that. It really fucking bums me out but I guess sometimes bands just have to say g’day and move on. It’s happened a lot and it will continue to happen but that doesn’t make it suck any less. Pulling Teeth are (or were) a fucking phenomenal band and it blows to see them go. Curious to see what the members have coming up in the future, though. Good luck and godspeed, Pulling Teeth.
